  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

  Secure Your Gear

  Place the equipment back in its original protective packaging to ensure it arrives at our warehouse without damage during transit.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange within 3-5 business days.
