We offer insured ground shipping on all orders. Cues are shipped in protective, reinforced tubes to ensure they arrive perfectly straight and undamaged. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
Can I return a cue if I've already chalked the tip?
To be eligible for a full refund, cues must be returned in brand-new condition. Once a tip has been chalked or the shaft has been sanded, the item is considered used and may only be eligible for a partial store credit.

How should I store my cue to prevent warping?
